Access Guide

Download our Access Guide for full information on the accessibility of the distillery and visitor centre.

The Access Guide details methods on how to get to the distillery, parking facilities, your arrival, WC facilities, the distillery tour, and our shop. Information is also provided for those hard of hearing and visually impaired

Contact us if you have any questions about the building’s accessibility in advance of your visit.

During Your Visit

Any assistance dogs are welcome at the distillery. We can provide water for them - please just ask one of our team in the retail shop.

Please note, on occasion, our Whisky Creator tasting takes place in our Blenders Room, where guests sit at a high tabletop with high stools. If this would be an issue, please get in touch and we'll try to meet your needs as best as we can.

We offer concession carer admissions free of charge with an adult/concession ticket. Please get in touch to book this with your standard entry.
